I have also used a handful of supplements, I’m happy to share if interested. i typically experience “bipolar-induced adhd” in hypomanic episodes where i hyperfocus on things that aren’t important (albeit they may be interesting and rewarding to learn about) and am just completely, utterly distracted from my obligations.
